My name is Pascal Philipsen and I joined E.F.S.-Holland on 2 January 2024.
Residing in Mierlo, a village near Eindhoven in the province of Brabant, with my wife, son and Labradoodle. ‘Increasing own resilience (plant/animal) by natural substances for maximum health’ has been a common theme in my working life.
My career started with consultative sales of the first generation of natural feed additives that developed into sustainable, effective alternatives for antibiotics. Subsequently I was commercially active in the promotion of special fertilizers and biostimulants in open cultivation: to restore the balance of between biological, chemical and physical soil parameters for optimal plant resilience.
Combining the power of nature with high-yielding and innovative agricultural methodologies to achieve a robust yet resilient food production system is a field that continues to challenge, fascinate and inspire me.
Columns and social media messages are my personal contributions to highlight all positive developments within our primary food production chain. This as a counteraction to the defamation of the agricultural sector by ignorant people.
Relationships play an important role in my life. In my role as Business Account Manager, I propagate the philosophy of E.F.S.- Holland ánd aim for happy and satisfied customers! My ‘sales style’ is H2H or Human to Human.
I look forward to applying the unique E.F.S. product range in cooperation with the professionals in the compound feed industry to benefit healthy animals and an optimal return.
