In de praktijk worden schimmels dan ook steeds meer herkend en erkend als een probleem in de stal.<\/p>\n<p>Door deze erkenning wordt in de melkveehouderij al veel aandacht besteed aan een goed inkuilmanagement en worden de slechte (schimmel-) plekken in de kuil steeds minder gevoerd. Toch zijn de gehalten schimmels en mycotoxinen nog steeds hoog in kuilvoeders. Uit de praktijk blijken er twee scenario\u2019s het meest voor te komen.<\/p>\n<p>De eerste mogelijkheid is dat de schimmels, die meekomen vanaf het land, verder groeien in de kuil. Na het inkuilen begint standaard een natuurlijk fermentatieproces om de kuil goed te laten conserveren. De al aanwezige schimmels in de kuil gaan in stress en produceren mycotoxinen en groeien verder. Uiteindelijk worden deze gevoerd.<\/p>\n<p>Het tweede scenario is dat de aanwezige schimmels in de goed geconserveerde kuil in stress gaan zodra de kuil geopend wordt. Meestal is slechts een klein stuk van de schimmel in de kuil te zien en is het moeilijk in te schatten waar mycotoxinen zich bevinden. Mycotoxinen zijn geur\u2013 en smaakloos. Ze worden hierdoor niet waargenomen en dus onbewust gevoerd.<br \/>\nEen laag gehalte mycotoxinen wordt door de koe in de pens onschadelijk gemaakt. Dit geldt echter niet voor hogere gehaltes. In de stal ontstaan hierdoor sluimerende problemen. Enkele voorbeelden zijn; vruchtbaarheidsproblemen, ketose, mastitis, vaker aan de nageboorte blijven staan en een daling in de melkgift.<\/p>\n<p>E.F.S. heeft de overtuiging dat de natuur voor elk probleem een oplossing heeft. Tegen mycotoxinen biedt de natuur in onze opinie verschillende oplossingen, waarvan er enkele gecombineerd zijn in ons product <a href=\"\/nl\/producten\/tox-aid\/\">Tox-Aid<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Natuurlijke binding door kleimineralen.<\/li>\n<li>Via enzymen aanwezig in gisten de structuur van mycotoxinen veranderen naar een onschadelijke stof.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Samen met extra bescherming voor de organen door middel van speciale kruiden worden runderen, met de toevoeging van 10-30 gram Tox-Aid<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\/koe\/dag, beschermd tegen de negatieve gevolgen van mycotoxinen.<\/p>\n<p>Nieuwsgierig geworden?
